Previewing The Week: Seven Games To Watch

Nicolet is ranked as one of the best teams in Division two. These two premier programs will throw down on Tuesday night. [player_tooltip player_id='1142121' first='Tim' last='Franks'] of Homestead is a tremendous shooter from beyond the arc. He is averaging 18.5 points per game early in the season. [player_tooltip player_id='1390443' first='Davion' last='Hannah'] has gotten off to a tremendous start for Nicolet. He is no-doubt one of the better players in the 2025 class. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Saint Thomas More @ Martin Luther -- Tuesday, Dec. 6th</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>There are a number of top prospects that will be participating in this matchup. Sait Thomas More's [player_tooltip player_id='1142118' first='Amari' last='McCottry']'s is one of the best players in Wisconsin's 2024 class. The small forward is tall, athletic, and skilled. For Martin Luther, [player_tooltip player_id='981038' first='Demerius' last='Shakur'] is one to watch. The point guard is an excellent floor manager who does a great job of controlling the tempo of the game. [player_tooltip player_id='1203602' first='Sekou' last='Konneh'] of Saint Thomas More is also a notable prospect. He is coming off a tremendous summer and is poised to become a great player. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Wisconsin Lutheran @ Neenah -- Tuesday, Dec. 6th</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This should be a good one... Neenah, the defending state champs, will look to defend its home court when Wisconsin Lutheran comes to town. Lutheran boats one of the most talented rosters in the state. [player_tooltip player_id='1142123' first='Kon' last='Knueppel'] and [player_tooltip player_id='951467' first='Prentice' last='Young'] form a dynamic duo for WL. [player_tooltip player_id='963148' first='Cal' last='Klesmit'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1203253' first='Brady' last='Corso'] are two of the top guards in the FVA. The winner of this game will be in a terrific position moving forward. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Milwaukee Hamiliton @ Milwaukee King -- Tuesday, Dec. 6th </strong>'</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Even though Milwaukee King has gotten off a slow start this season, King has a big opportunity to get back on track on Tuesday. [player_tooltip player_id='1021576' first='William' last='Whorton'] is a tremendous prospect in Wisconsin's 2023 class. The 6-foot-8 small forward has deep bag of tools. For Milwaukee Hamiliton, [player_tooltip player_id='1138463' first='Demarion' last='Burch'] is a prospect who college programs need to keep an eye on. He is a dynamic and versatile scorer. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Dominican @ Racine Lutheran -- Thursday, Dec 8th</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I saw Dominican play in person recently. And while I don't think that they are there yet, I can say that this is a team with a lot of potential. [player_tooltip player_id='1351718' first='Aaron' last='Womack'] is one of the top prospects in Wisconsin's 2025 class, Demitrius Taylor is a top freshman guard, and Markel Webb is a blossoming 2024 wing. Look for Dominican to show some improvements throughout this season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Madison West @ Middleton -- Friday, Dec 9th</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Currently ranked number seven in Division One, Middleton is a sleeper team to keep an eye on. I believe this squad could make a deep run come March. [player_tooltip player_id='1141638' first='Gavyn' last='Hurley'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1447229' first='Will' last='Garlock'] form a dynamic duo for Middleton. Keep an eye on them moving forward. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Milwaukee Academy Of Science @ Arrowhead -- Saturday, Dec 10th </strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This is no-doubt one of the best games on the schedule this week. Even though Milwaukee Academy Of Science has gotten off to a 1-2 start, MAS has a very talented roster. They are currently ranked as the seventh best squad in Division Three. On the other hand, Arrowhead is ranked as the second-best team in Division One. Look out for this game. There will be a lot of top talent on display. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
