Cameron Boozer Cameron Boozer 6'9" | PF Columbus | 2025 State #2 Nation FL is still in pole position, but an influx of talent has changed the remaining spots. The shakeup has changed our top 5 adding several national names to the group. Let’s get into our new heads of the class.

Boozer was a standout at the NBPA top 100 camp, won a Peach Jam title and was named one of the best players at the latest USA basketball minicamp. His resume speaks for itself. He’s a winner and has one of the best skill sets in the class, all at 6’10. Whatever you ask for in a player, Boozer is that. There’s only one player nationally ready to challenge him at the top of the class, and he’s outplayed him twice in head-to-head matchups.
Cooper Flagg

Flagg is new to the state but not new to high rankings. He’s considered one of the nation’s best, sitting in the top three of most recruiting sights. His motor and athleticism propelled the USA’s FIBA U17 as a 15 year old. Flagg already has a regular spot in Montverde’s rotation, an honor earned by few underclassmen, let along sophomores. The tools are just the tip of the iceberg. He flashes ball skills, is a defensive force, and has the ability to score with and without the ball.

Lloyd left his first varsity season as a top-15 scorer in the state. He translated that scoring into a role on a Peach Jam team. It’s not just the scoring that makes the combo guard special. He’s a rangy defender that can guard both backcourt positions. The two-way play was a huge part of his placement. Now many elite scorers give the effort he does on defense.
Bryce Heard

Heard joins a loaded and young Montverde team. Blessed with a 6’5 frame, above-the-rim athleticism, and three level scoring, he’s made noise nationally this summer. He can play on and off the ball. He’s no slouch on the defensive end with the length and tenacity to guard every perimeter position. Heard is in the perfect place to grow and be challenged against elite prospects every day.

Allen already holds several high major offers. The 6’7 wing averaged double digits while playing for B Maze Elite’s 17U team. His overall potential and summer play give him one of the best resumes in the state. Few match his physical tools and scoring ability. His explosive play marries his fluid ball handling to showcase a game that will only get better.
