This was the biggest number of transfers that I have seen in several years. What transfers will offer the biggest impact this winter? Here is our top ten.

One. [player_tooltip player_id='1288771' first='Kole' last='Hanson'] of Holy Family. For me the biggest transfer of the off-season was [player_tooltip player_id='1288771' first='Kole' last='Hanson'] - a point guard - going to the school that has many pieces but was short a point guard. Now the Fire has two scholarship bigs, returning hard working wings, and one of the state's elite PGs. They could win a state title this year.

Two. [player_tooltip player_id='1499627' first='Lorenzo' last='Levy'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1284157' first='Jerome' last='Williams Jr'] of Minneahah Academy. The team that the Fire will have to get through for that potential title? Minnehaha Academy (and PEM). The Redhawks were going to be solid but with Lezy and Williams coming in to make an elite junior backcourt, Minnehaha Academy is back in state title contention area. Levy scored 20 a game for Concorida Academy last year while Williams led Minneapolis South.

Three. [player_tooltip player_id='962199' first='CJ' last='O'Hara'] of Park Center. O'Hara making his return to PC means the Pirates have one of the most explosive wings in the state and one of the most productive players in Minnesota. O'Hara joining [player_tooltip player_id='1288826' first='Casmir' last='Chavis'] and the guys coming up from the JV surely will help the Pirates try and defend their title.

Four. [player_tooltip player_id='1284143' first='Isaiah' last='Johnson'] of Totino-Grace. The Eagles have the three returning starters, they have a surplus of up and coming guards in all grades, and now they have a 6'8 forward that can play inside and out. Johnson scored 13 points a game last season and will give the Eagles a versatile player with size.

Five. [player_tooltip player_id='1284106' first='Chiang' last='Ring'] of Park Center. The Pirates adding Ring means they now have a shot blocker and monster paint finisher that really could complete this team. The Pirates have a lot of pieces and now have a rim protector and dump off finisher that few schools can match.

Six. [player_tooltip player_id='1284169' first='Landon' last='Dimler'] of Mankato West. Dimler was a 20+ per game scorer for JWP and his all around scoring ability at 6'3 mixed with all of the young talent at West should make them one of the five best teams in the Big Nine.

Seven. [player_tooltip player_id='1476739' first='Caleb' last='Bancroft'] at Stewartville. Stewartville adding Bancroft - who is a 6'5/6'6 workhorse - gives them a paint piece to go with all of the wings and guards they have. Stewartville will be a legit top ten Class AAA team and they have a very strong chance to step into Austin's spot as the 1AAA rep.

Eight. Demari Larkins of Osseo. Larkins joins Temi Omotoyibo and [player_tooltip player_id='962235' first='Jaheim' last='Houts'] from Minneapolis South coming up to Osseo along with STMA big man [player_tooltip player_id='1228563' first='Aaron' last='Smith'] as a nice group of new players to go with some really good Osseo returning talents like [player_tooltip player_id='1284229' first='Ty' last='Swanson'], Temi Denedo, and of course [player_tooltip player_id='1220406' first='Trey' last='Smith']. They will have a great guard group and good size. This is a top ten Class AAAA team.

Nine. Carson Brown and Noah Sundquist of Cherry. The Cherry Tigers went to the state final four last season and they added some really good young players to go with the young talent they already have! Carson is a shooter and Noah was a great all around scorer for Chisholm last season.

Ten. [player_tooltip player_id='1560840' first='Jason' last='Johnson'] of Cretin-Derham Hall. Jason is basically the starter of a group of CDH transfers. Johnson will be a sophomore and he is a solid guard. He is one of three incoming guards (along with [player_tooltip player_id='1284086' first='Anthony' last='Knight'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1288789' first='Luke' last='Jacobson']) plus South teammate Monteff Dixon is coming over as well.
