17U: The Week 3 Records and Review

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Most Minnesota teams were in Appleton last weekend beating up teams from Wisconsin. We use those results and give you the records. We are getting closer and closer to the top 25/Top 50 (not sure how far I will go) and after this weekend we should have enough results to rank!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Madness in the Midwest</strong>. The story of the weekend was another undefeated weekend for Select including a win over 24:Up 79-72 and that is the same team that beat [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota'] this past weekend. Overall Select played four close games with Wisconsin teams and won all four. As for [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota'] that loss woke them up as they destroyed the rest of their opponents the rest of the weekend in big number fashion. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Comets Hondl is a top ten team in 17u this year I think. They went 4-0 including a convincing win over Minnesota Gold. Also a top ten level team.... [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] Goring who crushed everybody in Wisconsin in Pool B. [program_tooltip program_id='2075310' first='Northstar' last='Titans'] Hill and [program_tooltip program_id='2075310' first='Northstar' last='Titans'] Johnson both went undefeated as well. Minnesota Rise had a couple close games and a couple double figure games also going 4-0. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>D1 Spring Classic</strong>. [program_tooltip program_id='2076001' first='Wear' last='Out the Net'] won the 17u level in Elk River beating three of their opponents by double digits and beating [program_tooltip program_id='2412152' first='East' last='Metro Wave'] Grey by two scores.
