Standing roughly 6’3, Rondinelli has made waves this summer from his defensive versatility out on the perimeter. The incoming junior guard will be making his mark as a new athlete at Chatfield, where he looks to be one of their highest upside defenders. Playing for Hoops Academy this past summer, Rondinelli made a major impact grabbing three or more blocks in his outings versus 16u competition. Given his long reach and quick feet, Rondinelli is more than capable locking down 1s and 2s while also making perimeter shot attempts from bigger positions incredibly difficult. On the opposite end, the combo guard is advantageous cutting off the ball, where his plus reach makes him an easy target to find. He proved to be dependable, even flashy using crossovers and behind the back moves to create driving lanes. Some x-factors will reside in his ability to draw fouls on high volume and becoming more consistent as a three point shooter.
Emilek Jallow Emilek Jallow 6'6" | SF Bear Creek | 2024 State CO – Bear Creek
Jallow has some very high upside as an athletic defender and highly efficient play finisher. Standing roughly 6’4, Jallow is capable guarding up to four positions within Colorado due to his excellent vertical spacing along with room to grow strength wise. For context, Jallow led Bear Creek last year in points per game (10), rebounds (5.9), blocks (1.6), and individual field goal percentage (54). The junior wing is capable getting up above the rim to block shot attempts, while also staying composed one on one to create a inefficient off-balance shots. Offensively, Jallow is primarily a play finisher when rolling or cutting, although he showed signs of progression as a perimeter driver. The 2024 prospect currently ranks 18th overall and 4th among power forwards within his class.
Brady Greene – Horizon
Greene always raises the team energy level through his up tempo pace and selfless approach to the game. Standing no less than 6’5, is a dangerous downhill driver through his strength and fairly quick first step. While most dominant getting to the rim with the right hand, Greene has steadily been improving his left hand finishing efficiency. When around the rim, he stays poised fighting for rebounds through effective box outs and elite effort levels. Continuing to refine his perimeter shooting will have a major impact on his overall offensive upside, both within high school and at the collegiate level. Greene ranks 19th in the state and 5th among centers.
Ryan Dixon Ryan Dixon 6'5" | PF Valor Christian | 2024 State CO – Valor Christian
Dixon made waves throughout the summer with the club Revenge, where he caught a few bodies to name a few highlight plays. Standing roughly 6’5, Dixon stays aggressive on the glass going both ways. His combination of strength and agility make him a tough cover on the glass, especially considering he is already capable guarding three positions with ease. Another strength comes from his vertical elevation off two feet, where he shows no signs of mercy when throwing down the rock. Areas of improvement will be continuing to get more comfortable driving with either hand and continuing to refine the standstill jumper. Dixon ranks 42nd in the class and 8th among power forwards.
