The coaching staff at Navy got an absolute gem in this athletic, stat book stuffing combo guard. Fletcher’s well-rounded skill set was on full display against Spring Ford as he scored 14 points, grabbed 5 rebounds, and handed out 5 assists. Fletcher’s speed, agility and finishing skills enabled him to score in the open court repeatedly. In the half-court he produced points via dribble drives and by draining jumpers from all over the court. Fletcher’s passing skills impressed too.

In our latest Class of 2025 rankings, Fletcher was highlighted as a significant stock riser. After his outstanding performance over the weekend, we expect that trend to continue. On Saturday Fletcher scored 30 points, grabbed 7 rebounds, and blocked 3 shots during CD’s win over Harrisburg. This Navy commit drained 2 threes, scored in transition as well as off the dribble and crashed the offensive glass for put backs. Fletcher also showcased his ability to operate as a primary ball handler.

49 to 42…Every time we watch this three levels scorer, he appears to have added a new wrinkle to his game. Fletcher is a lethal shooter from deep. He can drain transition and off the dribble threes as well as spot ups. Fletcher is also comfortable shooting coming off pin downs and baseline screens. His elusive handles, speed and finishing skills enable Fletcher to excel in transition. With his court vision, high IQ and unselfish nature, Fletcher can also work as a primary ball handler. Recently Fletcher registered insane stat lines of 27 points, 5 boards and 3 steals in a victory against CD East as well as 23 points (3 threes), 6 rebounds and 6 assists in a huge win over Archbishop Ryan. Navy got an absolute steal in Fletcher.

Fletcher (Navy commit) is a double double machine who is headed for a monster senior season. Fletcher used his speed and elusive handles to slice his way through the defense for lay-ins. When the help-defense did manage to cut off Fletcher, he dropped a pass to the dunker spot or kicked out to open shooters. From the shooting guard spot, Fletcher drained threes and attacked the rim off the dribble. Fletcher was a dominant rebounder at both ends of the floor

Fletcher recently committed to Navy and after watching him play against Kingsway Regional this weekend, we believe he should have an immediate impact for the Midshipmen. Fletcher scored at all three levels, distributed, and cleaned the glass. His ability to grab a defensive rebound, get downhill and then push the fast break for a score or an assist was impressive. Fletcher also displayed tremendous primary ball handler skills. He patiently probed the defense to find high percentage scoring opportunities.
