Jamison was the most productive scoring guard in the sample, finishing with 26 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists. He consistently created separation in ball screen situations, getting into pull-up rhythm and forcing defensive adjustments. His confidence as a perimeter scorer showed in both transition and half-court settings, especially when operating off re-screens or late-clock actions. He also showed flashes of making the correct read when help collapsed, keeping the offense flowing. The shot-making gravity he brings is a clear translatable skill.

Tyrone Jamison was completely under full control of the offense and unpredictable as he played at his own speed, constantly shifting between hesitations and change-of-pace bursts. A three-level playmaker and shot creator, he manipulated defenders with pace variance and live-dribble craft. Jamison’s stop-on-a-dime footwork was clean, often utilizing stride stops to generate separation by leveraging the defender’s momentum against them. Defensively, he wreaked havoc with discipline by sitting, sliding, and back-tapping with precision while staying fundamentally sound as an on-ball defender.

Jamison’s best day of the entire weekend was clearly on Sunday as he made some big plays during the tournament that determined which team got to play against the older group. Jamison was knocking down 3-pointers in the 5 on 5 part of the day and had a nasty layup finish where he switched hands in mid-air. Liked seeing Jamison get better as the weekend went on and finish strong.
