Another Ohio Buckets standout, Perry is an impressive athlete who has the ability to get by his first defender without needing a ball screen and thrive in transition. Perry made the move from Reynoldsburg to Pickerington North and has gotten the opportunity to rock out with the ball in his hands for the first time at the high school level after playing a complimentary role next to Division I commits with the Raiders. I’d expect Perry to put up big numbers for the Panthers this winter and his ability to take care of the basketball and make a defensive impact could determine how many wins they get this year.

A wing with a lot of natural ability, Perry had a big game for the Ohio Buckets 16 U group thanks to his quick twitch athleticism and ability to get to his spots. Perry started the game with a fallaway off a reverse pivot and made some tough crossover moves to get to the paint. Despite finding success, I thought Perry left a few points at the rim with shots he usually makes not falling. With the nice actions that the Ohio Buckets run to get Perry in positions to use his athleticism and ball skills to find success. An obvious breakout candidate this spring and summer, I’d keep my eyes on Perry over the next three months.

Reynoldsburg has been producing top college prospects over the past few seasons and while they lost four Division I commits to graduation between the 2025 and 2026 classes, Perry is in a strong 2028 class for the Raiders that should keep them competitive with the best teams in the OCC. Perry is a tough wing who can score at the rim and plays strong on-ball defense. Perry has also grown over the past year, showing some continued physical development. I expect Perry to blossom into a star next season for the Raiders and become a household name across central Ohio.

A new name I found on Friday, Perry was athletic, played hard on both ends and made a couple perimeter shots. I liked that Perry impacted the game besides just scoring and his athletic traits also caught my eye. I think you’ll be hearing a lot more about Perry this winter as Reynoldsburg has numerous top games on their schedule for next season.
