Craig is one of the most versatile two-way players in the state, regardless of class. He has good size, length, and athleticism, which allows him to not only defend on the perimeter, but protect the rim as well. Offensively, he does a lot of his damage around the rim, whether that’s from his off-ball cuts, post-ups, or attacking slower defenders off the dribble, but he’s also capable of stepping out and stretching the floor.
Craig is more of a slashing wing that can impose his will a bit more consistently around the rim, as opposed to being more of a shooter. More athletic and bouncy, Craig uses his burst and athleticism to throw down dunks and defend opposing team’s guards and wings. Either way, the soon-to-be junior took a big step forward from his freshman to sophomore years, averaging 11 points and 7.9 rebounds on the Warriors’ state-qualifying team. Already garnering some attention from the staff in Iowa City, Craig has high-major upside if his production continues to ramp up and his three-point percentage can improve.
A versatile two-way player who can really impact the game with his length and toughness, Craig stuffed the stat sheet to the tune of 12 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 blocks in the Warriors win. He can defend one through five at this level, moving his feet well and utilizing his length to his advantage. He’s a high IQ player who understands spacing, rotates well on the defensive end, and he can space the floor with his jumper.

was dominant around the rim in this game. His footwork and touch in the post made him almost unguardable throughout this game. Pete scores through contact with the best of them. He is elite at using his body to shield off defenders and bump them out of his way. This created many great looks for himself around the rim. He finished many and-1 buckets in this game due to his overwhelming ability as a post scorer. He also showcased an elite ability as a driver in this game, where he was elite at blowing by defenders and finishing at high speeds and through contact for and-1 finishes. He was very active on the offensive glass in this game, getting multiple putback buckets. Pete was great from behind the arc as well. He hit multiple catch-and-shoot threes and spaced the floor for his team. He did all of this while being a pest of a defender who blocked shots and got steals throughout this contest.

is already insanely versatile. He has an elite combination of size, physicality, and skill. For starters, he is a monster as a post scorer. He bumps defenders with his frame and carves out space for hook shots and floaters. He embraces contact at every moment possible and makes life difficult for whoever is tasked with defending him. When you couple that with his fluid footwork, you have a dangerous scorer around the rim, as he is also very skilled at driving downhill and smashing through the defense, leading to many and-1 finishes. He is great at attacking closeouts and can also shoot from outside. He is also a very high-level passer and processor for his age. He makes many high-level reads and is great at operating as a playmaker out of the post. Pete is similarly impactful on the defensive end of the floor. He is a great and physical post defender, while also being able to switch out onto guards on the perimeter. He has great skills as a rim protector as well.
