Mansaray is a hyper athletic guard with lateral movement, length, and quick hands, something that is a common feature among the top perimeter defenders. What was uncommon for Mansaray, and for many players at this age, was his communication. He was constantly coaching his teammates through screens, taking through help rotations, and encouraging teammates who may have just had a rough sequence. He’s strong, quick, and seems to really take pride in his work on the defensive end of the floor.
