Admittedly, we started to really buy stock in Taylor over the summer while watching him play with Indiana Game 15u on the UA Rise Circuit so he isn’t necessarily a new name to us. However, he is still very much still emerging on a statewide basis. The 6’1″ guard is such a pure, smooth scorer. He is a very good jump shooter, talented enough with the ball in his hands to create his own shot, and has impressive length and athleticism. There is a lot of upside to his game and we believe the Andrean High School sophomore is just scratching the surface.

The best defender on Team 6 in terms of versatility was, without question,

. Coming from Andrean HS, Taylor is a long and lanky wing who showed he can guard multiple spots on the defensive end of the floor at the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp. His length also made him a mismatch on the wing at times. Just an overall really smooth player.

We have been able to see Taylor have success both with Indiana Game 15u on the UA Rise Circuit and with Andrean High School in a couple of different settings this summer. Taylor is comfortable with the ball in his hands as a playmaker, specifically creating his own shot and shooting at a high percentage off of the dribble. We really like his upside as a perimeter shot-maker. The Andrean High School rising sophomore is a 6’1″ long, lean guard that projects as a very talented all-around scorer. He is definitely one to keep an eye on in Indiana Class of 2028.

One of the most obvious standouts from Tuesday night was this 6’1″ guard from Andrean High School. We saw the rising sophomore play in the spring some with Indiana Game , but he really played well on Chesterton. He was knocking down pull-up three-point shots, getting to the rim seemingly whenever he wanted, and scoring in the intermediate range when necessary. His ball skill and overall shot-making ability really stood out. Looking like a stock-riser in the Class of 2029.
