Banister is becoming one of the more intriguing underclassmen to watch for Falcon, and his summer showcase performances only reinforced that. He logged quality minutes against strong competition, showing the poise and confidence you want in a young guard. His ball handling is calm and controlled, his decision making continues to sharpen and he’s already proven he can score. What makes him stand out is how comfortable he looks initiating the offense and creating plays that elevate his team. With another full season to gain valuable playing minutes ahead, his development curve should climb fast. Banister has all the ingredients to make some noise heading into his sophomore year
