Freehand is an intriguing big man with size who is nimble and makes solid moves on the post. He has good footwork, was spinning off guy guys and embracing contact, and also trying to finish through contact. Other bigs were having to foul him or let him go up and score in bunches and he had his moments. I liked how he used his strength and was throwing his body around down low. He had a back-to-the-basket game, was sealing and making his move on the catch, and had a face-up game as well. I am curious to see how his game grows as when it all comes together, he’s going to be a big man who can make waves. Solid stretches for him at the event. 

Freeland continues to be one of those players that keeps catching your eye every time he steps on the floor this summer. He impacts the game in ways that winning teams need, bringing toughness, effort and production on every possession. Around the basket he finishes through contact and stays active cleaning up misses on the glass. He embraces the dirty work inside, battling for rebounds, loose balls and second chance opportunities that change momentum. What makes his game even more intriguing is his ability to step out and confidently knock down the spot up three when defenses collapse. Freeland is proving he can do a little bit of everything, and his stock keeps trending upward with each tournament appearance
