This was my first time watching Gaccione play, and I really enjoyed the way in which he handled the point guard duties for Cheshire. Even while being hounded all game by Brooks, he was able to handle the ball with confidence and get the offense going. He’s an excellent passer who throws crisp, no-look passes to teammates and has great court mapping ability to figure out where the defense will be and how to thread the needle. He can also knock down the three ball. The lefty will be playing at Pace next year where his coaches will be very happy with his IQ and feel.
