made his impact felt through his versatility and control of the offense— handling much of the playmaking load and effectively orchestrating offense while remaining a consistent scoring option. Quick off the bounce and emphasizing pushing the tempo, Dixon thrived at getting in the lane and generating an abundance of paint touches and finishing with craftiness around the cup while mixing in some flashes of his playmaking ability, making an effort to get his teammates more involved and create scoring opportunities for those around him.

Dixon thrived getting into the interior willing his way to the bucket. His quickness allowed him to push the pace while having the ball in his hands. Opposing teams struggle to keep him out of the paint. I want to see him become a more consistent threat from behind the arc. He showed flashes as a playmaker for others getting his teammates involved in the game.

stood out with his ability to keep the defense honest and maintain a healthy balance between scoring and facilitating. Dixon’s scoring arsenal saw him contribute not only flashing his outside shooting ability but also getting to his spots in the mid range and baiting his defenders into contact in the paint for easy trips to the free throw line. Tasked with initiating a lot of Patrick School’s different actions, Dixon was also effective creating open looks for his teammates and getting them the ball in the right spots.

showcased a blend of floor general leadership and perimeter shot making ability. Dixon consistently made high-level reads—advancing the ball in transition to hit teammates in stride while also making on time and precise passes out of a number of PnR actions. He also demonstrated his versatility as a scorer, by finishing strong at the rim when he penetrated the heart of the defense, knocking down smooth mid range pull ups, and providing spot up shooting ability from outside.

Sliding back to the 2027 class with three years of experience and over 800 varsity points under his belt, Dixon has wasted no time getting acclimated to his new setting after transferring into TPS from Morris Catholic (NJ). A dynamic on-ball playmaker, he was effective on Saturday creating his own offense off the bounce. Using an airtight handle and polished footwork, he routinely created something out of nothing, converting on a handful of tough buckets in the midrange and near the basket to help will his team back into the game against a powerful Bergen Catholic (NJ) lineup. He’ll have to adjust to playing with the level of talent surrounding him in the Celtic lineup, but Dixon’s ability to generate buckets from scratch will always be valued.

Dixon is a shifty lead guard who has a nose for finding the paint on the attack. He has an array of finishes around the bucket and converts often inside. His quick first step allows him to blow by defenders. He showed he can get others involved in the game by distributing them the ball. Dixon was in good places on the floor to come up with rebounds.

is an intriguing addition to The Patrick School’s backcourt— bringing both scoring and playmaking at the guard spot. Dixon has a natural ability to break his defender down and get downhill. Possessing good feel for the game, Dixon gets in the paint consistently and makes plays for both himself and for his teammates. Look for Dixon to be a dangerous playmaker that keeps the defense honest during the June Scholastic live period.

Dixon is an ultra quick guard who shines with his speed. He does a good job touching the paint when navigating downhill. He also showed he could move off the ball as a slasher. He has a good feel for the game and can find others. Dixon should see several schools contact him on June 15th.
