About Kyle

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a floor general. I direct my team mates and usually anticipate plays before they’re develop. I love to pass the ball but will take the shot if I am open. Big on defense and will not give up an easy bucket. I take on the toughest defender because I’m big on defense. Defense wins games.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am friendly, competitive and outgoing yet pretty humble. A young man of very few words until you get to know me. I value honesty, loyalty, commitment , and respect.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I received Honors from my FM year to my current junior year. I am honored to be inducted in Spanish Honors Society.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I was co captain for varsity team as a junior and presently is the captain for my varsity team . I helped to collect Turkey for the poor in my community and served as an Ambassador in my HS.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Every day that I go to practice it is a challenge. I have to always put in the work because it is a necessity for success.

What type of college are you looking for?

The college that will make me be myself. I want to be challenged. I want to live a meaningful life. I wish to be happy. I wish to continue being a floor general and to be the best at it. I love my job as a point guard.

Quick off the bounce and emphasizing pushing the tempo, Dixon thrived at getting in the lane and generating an abundance of paint touches and finishing with craftiness around the cup while mixing in some flashes of his playmaking ability, making an effort to get his teammates more involved and create scoring opportunities for those around him.
