Ari Rosenfeld | Prep Hoops Scout
Fresh off a recent commitment to Brown, Francis put together a dynamic performance on both ends of the floor as Calvary pulled away from a pesky Frisco Heritage (TX) group for a 25-point win. An athletic two-way wing, he was impactful across the board from an efficient complementary role. Francis flashed a smooth shooting stroke off the catch but was at his best showcasing his graceful athleticism while attacking the rim off the dribble or streaking ahead in transition. He finished with 19 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists, and a pair of steals, providing one of the highlights of the day and capturing momentum for good with a high-flying poster over Heritage’s leading scorer. Francis looks like a potentially impactful pickup for coach Mike Martin and the Bears in the Ivy League.

Read EvaluationEric Wallace | Prep Hoops Scout
One of the state’s top unsigned guards in the 2026 class, Francis delivered a strong performance with 19 points in the state championship win over The Villages. The senior wing is a solid perimeter shooter with deep range from three and the ability to stretch defenses. An above-average athlete, he also has the ball skills to attack closeouts and get into the paint to create scoring opportunities. Francis competes on the defensive end as well, using his athleticism and effort to impact the game on both sides of the floor.

Read EvaluationMax Rosenberg | Prep Hoops Scout
Francis was in the right place at the right time rebounding the Abaev attempt and putting it in as the clock ticked down. Though he did not have a stat stuffed game finishing with six points and five rebounds, Francis was exactly what the team needed to close out this game and come out victorious. Bringing back that toughness next year and seeing an expanded role will serve both him and the team well as he knows not exactly what it takes to get back to the mountain top and come home with a win.
