The 5’10” senior point guard was a statistical standout, leading the team with 5.8 APG and 2.6 SPG, while adding 9.5 PPG and 3.8 RPG. Lewis proved to be a consistent playmaker who thrived under pressure, ranking first in the Centennial League for assists and fourth in 5A statewide. Lewis’s ability to control the tempo is unparalleled, with heightened court awareness and precision passes.

Lewis has elevated his game at the right time for Mullen during the Centennial League Tournament, playing some of his best basketball of the season. He’s coming off a 15 point outing followed by a season high 19 point performance, showing confidence and rhythm offensively. He’s competing hard on the defensive end, taking pride in matchups and making plays that don’t always show up in the box score. From beyond the arc he’s been a real threat, stretching defenses and knocking down timely shots when his team needs them most

Lewis has been one of the most impactful guards in the conference, setting the tone as Mullen’s lead guard and a player that they can rely on. He leads the league in assists while also contributing across the stat sheet with steals and rebounds. His ability to create offense for others, pressure the ball defensively and still score when needed has made him essential. Lewis has looked poised for a breakout with this strong start. He’s one of my favorite players to watch in the conference as his unselfishness stands out.
