Bringing plenty of grit and heart into this game, Delescinskis constantly sought driving lanes, not afraid of incoming contests. Constantly seeking drives, the guard got downhill at will off the initial first step. While attacking the rim, Delescinskis was active dishing kick out passes to perimeter shooters, either from one-handed slings fading baseline or off the jump stop. They were active even in the heat of a screaming crowd, not afraid of big moments. Delescinskis even hit a few crucial spot-up threes, possessing deep range on those attempts.
Domsch is a dependable forward, possessing excellent verticality for dunks and blocks around the rim. He did well throughout this matchup cleaning up the glass and staying active on putback attempts should an opponent box out fail. He got to the rim a few times from straight line drives, primarily with the right while attacking downhill. Domsch continues to show a willingness to knock down spot-up attempts beyond the arc, most active along the wings.
Highlights
Ari Harpring

Harpring was cleaning the glass on both ends, particularly on the offensive end. Throughout the game he grabbed 9 rebounds, utilizing his constant motor and notable strength to overpower the opponents down low. Harpring alone generated at least four extra shot attempts and opportunities for this group to power ahead.

Obiri-Yeboah provided value grabbing defensive rebounds, securing the glass when this group turned to him as an alternative frontcourt defender. He was also active roaming around the paint, making himself available for dump-off passes from Delescinskis and other Legacy playmakers.
Nathan Spradling

Leading this group with 6 assists, Spradling did well connecting plays and finding teammates through constant ball movement. Active roaming around along the baseline, the guard was excellent making the extra pass for shotmakers.
Mullen Notables
Leslie showed why he is a D1 football prospect, getting up on multiple occasions, even throwing down a slam in transition. The guard is electric in transition, always surveying the floor for outlets and shot attempts aroudn the basket. A particularly quick downhill scorer, Leslie attracts plenty of attention on drives, thanks to his low center of gravity and immediate acceleration.
Bonner was quite possibly the most impactful defender from either team during this matchup. Effective protecting the rim without fouling at a high rate, the forward did an excellent job maintaining legal position to stunt drives. Certainly growing throughout the summer, Bonner is taller yet still mobile to match up with a variety of opponents. He even threw down a powerful dunk on the secondary break, although he did not get the call, ending up as a charge. The utility man will be incredibly valuable to Mullen’s success this season, although there is still plenty of untapped potential with the sophomore forward.
The shotmakers
Ben Medina
These guards provided notable floor spacing throughout this matchup, hitting threes throughout the game which seemed to turn the tide in key moments. Lewis in particular stepped into a 4th quarter shot which electrified the student section and brought a much needed wave of energy down the stretch. Brendle and Medina both possess quick releases, which may be leveraged in a variety of weakside actions.
