Gotter is a player who we are just now seeing, but got his feet wet on varsity a season ago. Gotter put up 5.1 points and 2 assists a game as a freshman and came into a Summer where he wanted to prove himself. He was a surprise standout at the Sophomore showcase a week ago, where he showed he could be a two-way prospect, and will head into a sophomore year where he will likely be a focal point of the offense. He's making his rankings debut this week with some momentum heading into the season.

Cordova is another player that we're just getting around to seeing, and was a Freshman who got to see some varsity time in his first year. Cordova averaged 3 points and 3.5 rebounds a game, which shows his versatility. He's a workhorse who attacks the glass, starts the break, and pushes the pace. He can play both on and off-ball, is starting to try and expand his offensive gam,e and we got to see a bit of that throughout the showcase as well. He's making his rankings debut and with a solid season can keep pushing up, but certainly on our radar.

Hopkins is a player that we got to see at Mile High Madness, and he had such a solid performance that I put him on the radar as a player to watch moving forward. He's a multidimensional prospect that impacts the game on both ends, but it starts with the scoring. He gets to his spot, uses his 6'4 frame, and can score in bunches, and let's be honest, Douglas County could use ALL of those things with how they played a year ago. He should be one of the players who turn heads this year, and he jumps into the rankings this go-round. I have high hopes for Hopkins as I believe he's a skilled wing who could turn some heads this year.

Jordan is another player who we got to see play this Summer and was very pleased with how he impacted the game. He's a pass-first point guard who takes care of the ball, pushes and controls pace, and his team seems to operate around him. He's probing the defense, and trying to get teammates free, but he also found ways to score when needed as well. That balance has him as an intriguing prospect to keep watching moving forward, and his showing this Summer has him as a player who may get a bit of varsity time.

I liked what I saw from Furrowh this summer as he's a versatile prospect who doesn't have to score to make his mark. He has good size, rebounds at a high rate, and defends multiple positions, and those are things that translate and can put him on more radars. There's an understanding that it may take some time with Chaparral to get some big varsity minutes, with how deep that team is and the high expectations for the year. He's a name that I feel will only continue to keep getting better, and he was a standout when I saw him that put him on the rankings. I'm curious to see how he continues to expand his game
