Brockington did a lot of heavy lifting with Palmetto Pride in early spring before joining up with Middleton Hoops Elite . Jordan is one of the top true Point Guards in South Carolina’s 2029 Class. He is at his best in high-pace games, but never feels sped up because of how well he reads the floor. Brockington is a key piece to the future at Wilson High School.

Another standout from the 15U Champions is Brockington. Jordan is a true “floor general” style of guard – a guy who lifts the play of others on both ends of the floor. He looked comfortable dictating the pace of play on the offensive end in Rock Hill, pushing the pace in transition or running the offense in the half-court. He has a ton of weapons he can lean on offensively, including a solid jumper of his own, but Brockington will also make plays on the defensive end to lead an effective fast-break. Jordan finished with 15 points, 8 assists, and 4 steals in a win over WBC.

This Freshman Combo Guard didn’t get a ton of minutes for the Tigers this season, but he frequently caught my attention with Palmetto Pride last spring and showed some flashes in June with his high school team. Brockington loves to create paint touches where he can score himself or find teammates, which should translate to him becoming a strong playmaker down the line.

Jordan stepped up with crucial play off the bench in Wilson’s win over Blythewood on Tuesday. His aggressiveness, comfort with the ball, and ability to play through contact all earned him extra minutes as the game went on, leading up to a clutch right-corner three in crunch time. Brockington showed some nice vision with the ball in his hands as he found open teammates on drives. He can also score in the paint himself and had a crafty left-handed layup. Jordan finished with 9 points in the win.

. His performance balanced scoring and facilitating throughout the game, finishing with 8 points and 6 assists. Jordan looked to drive the baseline often, allowing him to find teammates as the defense collapsed. Brockington has good footwork around the paint and is patient with the ball. He also displayed a nice package for scoring the ball, including floaters and a few finishes through contact.
