For a freshman, Joseph has some pretty special physical tools and athleticism. The 6-foot-5 wing showcased his hops on a number of above-the-rim plays on Saturday, but his end-to-end speed was also on full display when he got some rebounds and freight-trained his way all the way to the front of the hoop. He has ambidextrous touch around the basket and a knack for taking contact, but he needs to slow down a bit at times. Defensively, he uses his length and athleticism to get in the passing lanes and be extremely versatile. Joseph should get a lot better by playing in Dexter-Southfield’s system this year.
