Spooner was a guard that played bigger than his listed height and brought an active presence to the defensive end of the floor for his team. While only 5’11, he has long arms and quick feet that allow him to feel like he’s always in front of the opposing player, not allowing him to get much space at all. When opponents try to drive, they are met with active hands and a player who is locked in on defense, trying his best to get a stop on that posession. Should be able to break through for WC this upcoming season.
