A big man that came away pretty impressed with this past weekend at Charlie Hughes was Jackson Gordon Jackson Gordon 6'11" | C/PF Brownsburg | 2027 State IN . Gordon is the main man down low for the Bulldogs and showed some nice flashes this weekend. Gordon takes up a lot space in the paint and displayed a soft touch a nice hook shot at times. With more variety experience, you should see more improvements from him this season.

The 6’11” big man out of Brownsburg had it going early often as it was evident the game plan for the Bulldogs was get the ball to him the ball on the blocks and let him go to work. Big time rebounder on both ends of the floor. Paint clogging big that was vocal on that end of the floor while being a solid rim protector that knows how to use his size to his advantage.

Big time paint presence on both ends of the floor for Brownsburg entering his senior season with motivation as one of the more under the radar bigs in the state. Good hands and nice footwork make him a threat in the offensive end while being a good rebounder and defensive anchor around the rim.

One of Indiana’s top big men in the Class of 2027 was a consistent force for Indiana Elite Team Tradition 17u while leading them to the Prep Hoops Indiana State Tournament title. However, it was just his size and interior ability that stood out. Gordon, a 6’9″ center from Brownsburg High School, made several three-point shots throughout the weekend. He showed a smooth stroke and the ability to pick-and-pop which will be highly intriguing to college coaches. Definitely one to watch for coaches across various levels heading into the summer months.

Running with Indiana Elite Team Tradition , Gordon brings a lot of size in the low post with a massive frame. At 6’11, Gordon has a consistent, improving center with a real soft touch around the basket. He will be one of the more intriguing players int he gym this weekend.

You won’t find a bigger interior presence in Indiana’s Class of 2027 than this 6’10” center from Brownsburg High School. His development has taken a steady upward trajectory over the years and he is starting to really flourish this spring with Indiana Elite Team Tradition 17u. Gordon has a soft finishing touch inside and a go-to right hand, left shoulder move that is hard to stop due to his size. He even has flashed the ability to space the floor and make open catch-and-shoot three-point shots. College programs across a variety of levels will be watching him closely heading into the summer months.

Big guys are always going to attract a good deal of attention. Size is at a premium in college basketball, across all levels, so guys like Gordon will at least get a look. This weekend at The Stage he displayed his continued improvement. He stepped out and made a three-point shot, scored with a soft touch over his left shoulder, and rebounded his area well. The 6’10” center from Brownsburg High School and Indiana Elite Team Tradition 17u is one to watch.

The size of this 6’9″ junior center obviously grabs your attention right away. However, it was the way he consistently posted up hard, called for the ball, and hustled on both ends that got us excited about his development to begin this season. Gordon played as well as we have seen him play in Saturday’s 68-44 Brownsburg win over Liberty Christian. The big man finished with 13 points to go along with several rebounds and a couple of blocked shots.
