Day really came into his own over the summer and appears ready for a breakout junior season at Brownsburg High School. He was a consistent standout across several different events including UA Rise Circuit events with Progeny, various showcase events, and the Metro Indy Fall League. The super athletic 6’4″ wing is an excellent driver, creates matchup problems for opponents, and projects as a very good, multi-positional defender.

We’ve been very impressed with Day’s game as of late. Between seeing him at The Expo hosted by Prep Hoops Indiana, Brownsburg High School open gym, and Sunday at the Metro Indy Fall League we’ve gotten to see plenty of him lately. The 6’4″ athletic wing was excellent once again on Sunday as a right hand driver, transition finisher, and defensive presence on the perimeter. Look for Day to have a breakout junior season this winter for the Bulldogs.

This super athletic Brownsburg High School wing is poised for a big breakout heading into his junior season. Day, who is 6’4″ with a strong build, had an outstanding summer on the UA Rise Circuit with Progeny 16u and was a mainstay in the starting lineup for the Bulldogs during the month of June. He will definitely be one that college programs will want to start checking out at The Expo on September 20th.

, who comes out of Brownsburg High School. Day is a player with a very interesting skillset that can play inside-and-out but is projected to be more of a true wing long term. At 6-foot-4, Day plays with a lot of power and works very well off the ball and is a willing rebounder. Going into his Junior season, expect him to be more of a factor at Brownsburg.

Day was a consistent force for Progeny 16u helping lead the talented team to a 3-1 weekend. The 6’4″ wing has so much athletic ability and is very versatile on both ends of the floor. He had a lot of success scoring it in the paint in the games that we watched.

Day was playing a little out of position for Progeny 16u but regardless, really liked how he managed to make an impact. Has a lot of power in his and can rebound willingly on both ends of the floor. What stood out to me was how good he was off the ball cutting in the lane and being good in pick-and-roll chances. He is one to watch this summer.

There is a lot to like about this long, athletic, 6’4″ wing. Day checks all of the boxes in terms of physical and athletic tools. Offensively he is tough to handle in transition, is an excellent straight line driver in the half court, and has proven to be able to play up above the rim. Then, defensively, his length and athleticism allows him to be very versatile and disruptive on the perimeter. Day’s upside is very exciting and we should see him start to breakout as a sophomore this season at Brownsburg.
