Henderson has a well-rounded scoring game that helps plug the holes for KUA. He can hit shots from the outside, which helps space the floor for Williams and Arnold, but he can also create for himself on drives to the rim. He’s especially effective in the triple-threat position, where he shows off some really strong jab moves and a nice first step. He’s also active on the boards and defensively as a result of his size. He was a big part of KUA dominating NMH on the glass in their first round matchup, and I wouldn’t be shocked if attacking the offensive glass continues to be a focus for him moving forward in the tournament.

Henderson is a strong-bodied, 6-foot-6 wing who looks to be very college-ready. On drives to the rim, he holds his line incredibly well and is simply too built to be moved off his spot. He isn’t an amazing vertical athlete, but his strength allows him to get to spots on the court. Most impressive, though, was Henderson’s shooting ability, which really popped in his matchup against Brewster. He hit a bunch of three pointers that allowed KUA to pull away, and he has a very nice-looking shot that should translate well to the next level; he’s always on-balance and shot-ready. The combination of size, shooting and strength will work well for him at Siena next year.

Henderson did a little bit of everything in KUA’s victory over MacDuffie (MA). He used his brute strength to get to different spots on the floor. He scored in a variety of ways and was able to initiate offense quickly. His ability to make plays flashed throughout the game. He added two 3 pointers also. He was perfect at the foul line making the most of the freebies. I like the versatility he brings to the table with his game. He added 26 points.

was constantly attacking the basket and having a field day as a driver with the ball in his hands. He was getting to the free-throw line and knocking down his shots, resulting in wonderful scoring numbers in an early afternoon matchup. He also put his athleticism on display with impressive transition slam dunks which excited the crowd. Additionally, he knocked down three-pointers both off the catch and off the bounce while making some nice passes to open teammates as well.

Henderson came off the board after announcing his commitment to Siena College. A big time shot maker on the wing, Henderson impressed this summer on the EYBL with The City Rocks. He has a college ready frame, next level athleticism, and continues to add elements to his game on the offensive end of the floor. On top of that, there aren’t many perimeter shooters on the east coast that can match his shot making ability and efficiency. Defensively, he profiles as a versatile, multi-positional defender that can guard up and down a position while providing a presence as a defensive rebounder. Siena gets a terrific early win in their class as Henderson profiles as the type of big, shot-making wing that can make an immediate impact in the MAAC.

Henderson is a very strong-bodied wing who could probably play some tight end if basketball doesn’t work out. He can really handle the rock and can score at all three levels, with a very pretty looking shot. Defensively, he can guard multiple positions due to his above average strength for his height. He’s gotten some D1 offers and more could be rolling in if he continues to play like this.

An All-NEPSAC Honorable Mention, Henderson burst onto the scene in New England this winter while at Kimball Union. A true scoring guard with great positional size, Henderson is one of the best shooters in this class. He has deep range on his jumper, can create space to get into his shot off the bounce, and does a terrific job of working off the ball to get open, particularly when using screens. He showed signs this winter of leveraging his shooting and utilizing his shot fake to open up driving lanes. Defensively, he should be able to guard across the perimeter at the next level due to his size and athleticism.
