From 68th up to 49th overall, Higdon has been an impact player for years and he has helped make North Oldham into one of the best teams in Kentucky this season. A solid two way forward, Higdon hasn’t had a ton of opportunity to show his perimeter skills but should at the next level.

Ian has been a long term starter for North Oldham and is often overlooked when discussing top players in the 8th region. Higdon is a matchup problem for most players in the class as he’s 6’6 and able to score on the block or off the dribble. For North to get back to Rupp this season, Higdon will need to be a top player in the region. He can be a difference maker.
