Going up 30 spots from 78 to 48 overall, Barr is a mobile big kid who has had a big Senior season and could be a Spring signing period steal. The in-state NAIAs could do well with a kid like Barr whose best basketball is ahead of him and has shown the potential to be an impact player at the next level.
From 68th up to 49th overall, Higdon has been an impact player for years and he has helped make North Oldham into one of the best teams in Kentucky this season. A solid two way forward, Higdon hasn’t had a ton of opportunity to show his perimeter skills but should at the next level.

From 74 up to 56th, Cooper ends his career as the best player in Garrard County history and owns much of the school record book. Ethan has a bunch of NAIA and D3 offers but has yet to commit. A certified bucket getter, Cooper’s game is built to get him on the court early at the next level.
Highlights
Moving from 82nd up to 60th, Lancaster has been one of the best highlight makers in the state this year. Cayden has caught body after body with big time dunks but more importantly, he has scored the ball at a high level and has Pulaski as the favorites to win the 12th region and get to Rupp.
Alcorn moves from 83rd to 64th overall and may still be too low. It can be hard to evaluate Lincoln County kids because they play in such a structured system but Tramane has shown he can play on or off the ball and knows how to score. He’s also a solid man to man defender who could end up being a really good college player in a more up and down system.
