Barr has seen his stock rise rather quickly in the third region over the past couple of seasons. An impact player on both ends for the Tigers, Hunter is a good athlete with legitimate size. If he attends some unsigned Senior events, Hunter is likely to rack up the scholarships.

The in-state NAIAs could do well with a kid like Barr whose best basketball is ahead of him and has shown the potential to be an impact player at the next level.
