Raymond plays with size and physicality, doing the dirty work and controlling the glass with his ability to box out. To show he has expanded his overall game he’s developed reliable touch around the rim and added a go to post move to convert those extra possessions into points. Extending his range with a jumper or becoming a more effective with the screen and roll would also make him more valuable in offensive sets. If he continues to bring toughness while showing growth as a finisher and scorer, he’ll raise his impact well beyond just doing the dirty work
