Not only did I get to see the Blazers play on the court, but I got a glimpse into their work in the weight room. Phillips was one of the guys who stood out in both settings. Dontay looked strong and explosive in certain workouts, while also being active and effective in 5-on-5. He is a switchable defender who they will use to come in and cause havoc on the perimeter, so as he improves his jumper, he could become a key rotation piece.
