When it comes to “3rd Options”, Cylan is about as good a one as you will find in South Carolina. He was a crucial piece of Westwood’s State-Championship winning puzzle, averaging 10.0 points per game, 2.3 assists per game, and 1.3 steals per game. The lefty can play either position in the backcourt because of his efficient three-point shooting stroke or ability to make plays off the bounce, so look for him to continue that high-level basketball into the AAU season with SC Blazers .

Another player who is starting to play his best basketball after making a move in schools is Cylan. He has fit in extremely well with the Redhawks so far, averaging a team-high 13.8 points per game across a 6-0 start to the season. McLeod’s role has primarily been as a 3 & D Wing, as he’s shooting 53% from three on 2.8 attempts per game, while also putting up nearly 2 steals a night. It’s more than just numbers with Cylan, though; he passes the eye-test by always making the right play.
