The Yellow Jackets had a few seniors sidelined due to injury at Tuesday’s practice, but Oshon Browman Oshon Browman 6'4" | PF Irmo | 2027 State SC is one of four returning seniors who will play big minutes in 2026-27. Last season he was simply a bruising inside presence, but he’s become much more mobile and skilled to add another element to his game. He will still be able to punish mismatches on a nightly basis, but his evolving game will make Irmo that much more difficult to beat.

I liked what I saw on Friday night from Browman and the Blazers. Oshon looked slimmer, quicker, and more athletic than when I last saw him with Irmo. This will help when he runs into a bigger matchup, but Oshon is still more than capable of punishing smaller bigs with elite footwork, touch, and persistence on the glass.

Oshon had several dominant games this season, including a 29-point, 9-rebound game when I saw him for the first time helping earn him a spot in this list. Browman has a big, bruising frame that is capable of wearing down any matchup, but he also has soft hands and touch around the rim.

I got to know Oshon early in the season, watching him for the first time at the Impact Sports Invitational before catching back up with him at the Big Red Box Invitational. The former was by far his best game of the season, as he went for a dominant 28 points and 9 rebounds, while the latter was also a nice performance where he put up 10 points, 11 rebounds, and 2 blocks. Browman is an old-fashioned big man with a bruising body and great feet who will work hard on the glass, neutralize a height disadvantage with patience and persistence, and even put his big body on the line to make winning plays.
