One of the state’s top shooters, Burnette is a skilled guard who really knows how to play. He has deep range with a quick, clean release and can create space off the bounce to get his shot off. While his foot speed is solid, he compensates with feel, toughness, and competitiveness, making him a reliable perimeter threat.

is already a legitimate Division I prospect — and it starts with his ability to shoot the basketball.
He’s been lighting it up from deep for multiple seasons now. His reputation as one of the best shooters in the state is well-earned. What stands out most isn’t just that he makes shots — it’s how he gets them.
Brady is an elite mover without the ball. He gets to his spots at will, sets his feet quickly, and shoots it in rhythm. His release is compact and repeatable, and when he gets hot, he’s as dangerous as anyone in the region.
He’s also a strong ball handler, which makes him even harder to guard. Defenders can’t simply run him off the line — he can create space and knock it down off the bounce.
Heading into another travel season with Team Loaded VA , expect him to continue building on his stock. He aims to solidify himself as one of the top shooters in Virginia’s 2027 class.

added 12 points. He spaced the floor and knocked down key shots. These shots prevented STAB from collapsing too heavily on Gray. His willingness to take — and make — big shots in high-pressure moments gave St. Chris the offensive balance it needed.
Championship teams need multiple weapons. The Saints showed they have just that.

continues to be one of the most complete guards in the league.
He was lethal from beyond the arc. He was comfortable getting to his spots. His defensive presence stood out just as much. With his length and instincts, he altered shots, disrupted passing lanes, and consistently made the right reads.
Burnette plays with a mature feel for changing speeds and handling pressure. He’s more than capable of sliding into the point guard role when needed, and he rarely forces the issue. He finished with 14 points and 6 rebounds, impacting both ends of the floor in key stretches.

Burnette once again showcased why he’s regarded as one of the premier shooters in the region. He knocked down six three-pointers, spacing the floor and punishing any defensive lapse. Beyond the shooting, Burnette used his length to finish over smaller guards and disrupt passing lanes defensively. His ability to score at all three levels is impressive. He looks every bit the part of a high-level Division I prospect.

Every time I watch Brady play he always looks the part of a sound all around guard that knocks down perimeter (3pt) shots at a high rate. Burnette continues to impress with his steadiness and ability to contribute in every facet of the game. A dependable, well-rounded two-way guard who understands the game, he rebounds, moves the ball, and found scoring chances within the flow of the offense during the one-day combine. His unselfishness and maturity were clear strengths.

Burnette completed an unofficial visit to Liberty yesterday as the 6-foot-2 sharpshooter continues to draw more interest through the fall. The 6-foot-3 guard has already taken an unofficial to William & Mary this fall while others such as Oklahoma State, Radford, Richmond, and Robert Morris have all stopped by St. Chris to watch him workout this fall. Look for Burnette to make a splash as a junior after building significant confidence with Team Loaded this summer.

Brady brings a smooth shooting stroke to the perimeter, with legitimate range that keeps defenders honest. He’s equally adept at using the dribble to find his spots on the floor, allowing him to create opportunities both for himself and his teammates. His versatility as a playmaker, with or without the ball, makes him a constant threat in the half-court offense.
