-Loved his energy on the glass as a dynamic W/F tweener in new threads with Loaded. Saragba’s blend of speed, leaping ability, and tenacity on the glass make him a consistent lob and putback threat around the basket. Saragba’s lateral fluidity also allows him to serve as a versatile defender that can scale up or down in a lineup to make an impact as a switchable prospect that is both willing and capable of doing the dirty work for his team. I like the adjustments that he made in the 2H to use his pivot to get to the opposite side of the rim to score off of his offensive rebounds for a Loaded group that sorely needed the extra possessions in a back and forth affair.

Taj had multiple highlight dunks in Woodstock’s 58-43 win over East Paulding. Saragba finished with 11 points, 12 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal and 5 blocks. His game has grown in 12 months, looking much more skilled with the ball in his hands. He routinely grabbed rebounds and started his own fastbreak, looking to go coast-to-coast. Saragba gets off the floor quickly for explosive finishes. Kennesaw State has offered.

helped lead a complete turnaround at Woodstock this year as the Wolverines finished the regular season at 16-9, a significant jump from their 6-21 record last year. Saragba has been an absolute game-changer inside, controlling the glass and protecting the rim at a high level. As a freshman, he even set the school record for rebounds in a game (24). Saragba is a powerful two-hand dunker that can elevate in traffic and his low post game has been coming along nicely as well. The sky is the limit for Saragba as it looks like he’s still got a few more inches left.

Named Preseason All-State, Taj is a legitimate program-changer who has a serious chance to rewrite history books and cement himself as the best player in school history. The lefty double-double machine has an unstoppable motor in the paint. He elevates to dunk every chance he gets and can single-handedly get opponents in foul trouble. He averaged 14.3 points, 13 rebounds and 3 blocks per game over the fall.

Taj feels like a lock to average a double-double in Year 1. Saragba is dominant in the paint, the southpaw bouncy as a rebounder and shot blocker. When he gets post position, Taj looks to dunk everything which leads to him taking multiple trips to the foul line each game. With his motor and growing offensive arsenal, Taj looks like a future D-I player.

It’s probably a safe bet to anoint Taj as the frontrunner for Class 6A Freshman of the Year. His dominance continues to expand weekly. Against previously undefeated Lithia Springs, Saragba was unstoppable with 22 points, 14 rebounds and 4 blocks. His size, motor and athleticism will propel him. Saragba even stepped outside to hit a three as well.
