Goodman is a versatile three-level scorer whose playmaking took a major leap this season playing alongside more talented players at Waukee Northwest. He can play with or without the ball in his hands, getting to his spots off the bounce or knocking down shots off the catch in bunches. He’s a bit of a streaky shooter, but when he gets it rolling, he’s one of the most explosive scorers in the state. He really improved over the last year as a defender as well, showing a willingness to move his feet and utilize his length on that end of the floor. He averaged 16.8 points, 6.2 rebounds, 4.8 assists, and 3.2 steals per game on 50-36-75 shooting splits for the 4A runner-up Wolves, and is the type of guard who should be on the radar of Division II programs.
