Expert Analysis
Jeremy Brooks | Prep Hoops Scout
A prospect with great size at 6’6, long arms, and an act for making something out of nothing on the offensive side of the ball. He can catch and shoot jumpers off of that catch or he can catch and attack his defender off of the dribble, usually finishing the play with a bucket at the rim off of some sort of spin move. His natural length gives him an advantage against most opponents that try to guard him in one way or another. Defensively, he can be a game changer. Someone who can record a ton of tips/deflections throughout a contest because of his mixture of size and athletic ability.

A 6-5/6-6 combo forward, I think that Davis can provide an awful lot of value was a versatile defender who can defend nearly every position on the floor at the high school level. He uses his length to contest shots, is a mobile forward who moves his feet, and communicates well. He runs the floor hard and gets to the rim in transition, is capable of leading the break after pulling down a defensive rebound, and looks like he can stretch the floor with his jumper. With his blend of size, length, IQ, and athleticism, he’ll certainly be a name to keep an eye on over the next three years at Northwest.
