The move: 10 to 8
Coon continues to develop, both physically and in terms of his skill set. At the Top 250 Expo in September, he showcased increased confidence in his perimeter jumper, routinely knocking down 3s both off the dribble and the catch. He’s one of the best athletes in the class, and if he’s able to add that type of range to his game on a consistent basis, as well as continue to develop his ball-handling, he’ll be a matchup nightmare. He’ll play his summer ball with D1 Minnesota next year, which will be a major boost to him.

| PG | Ankeny
The move: 14 to 11
Aguirre was great when we saw the Hawks in Winterset in June, showcasing elite shot making ability both off the dribble and the catch. He’s a good ball-handler and he uses his handles combined with great footwork to create space to get his shot off, and he moves really well without the ball in his hands.

| C | Ames
The move: 16 to 12
Dau was an unstoppable force when we saw Ames play in June at the Winterset team camp on both ends of the floor, blocking shots left and right, controlling the glass on both ends of the floor, and showing great touch and improved footwork around the rim. His blend of size, length, and athleticism are very intriguing.

| SG | Waukee Northwest
The move: 26 to 18
Rice was recently named as a top performer at the Pangos Freshman/Sophomore Camp and should be an impact player as a sophomore for the Wolves, who lost a ton of production to graduation. He’s a versatile three-level scorer who can create looks for himself and his teammates, and he makes an impact on the defensive end with his length.
Lorenzo Pino

| PG | Xavier
The move: 29 to 21
Pino showed great command of the game on both ends of the floor at our Top 250 Expo, almost acting as another coach on the floor, which is a great attribute to have. He’s a really good ball-handler who can create off the dribble for himself and his teammates, showcasing great court vision and passing instincts. He’s a solid on-ball defender who moves his feet well and communicates on that end of the floor.
Jackson Davis

| SF | Waukee Northwest
The move: 33 to 25
An active defender who uses his length effectively on that end of the floor, Davis is able to defend multiple positions with his combination of length, mobility, and IQ. On the offensive end, he has shown the capability of stepping out and stretching the floor as well as creating a bit off the bounce.

The move: 97 to 30
Murray may have already established himself as one of the best shooters in the state, regardless of class. He’s nearly automatic when he’s shooting it off the catch and has his feet set, and at the Top 250 Expo last month, he showed much more comfort in his ball-handling and ability to create looks for himself.

The move: 38 to 31
Another flamethrower on the perimeter who can really shoot it at a high clip off the catch, Ballenger looks primed to have a breakout sophomore season for the Falcons. He has worked hard throughout the offseason to develop his ball-handling and shot creation.
Jaishon White

The move: 49 to 35
A quick-twitch athlete who impacts the game on both ends of the floor with his speed and athleticism, White is at his best when he’s playing downhill and attacking the rim, putting pressure on opposing defenders. He’s also a really good on-ball defender who moves his feet well.
