He can play with or without the ball in his hands, getting to his spots off the bounce or knocking down shots off the catch in bunches. He's a bit of a streaky shooter, but when he gets it rolling, he's one of the most explosive scorers in the state. He really improved over the last year as a defender as well, showing a willingness to move his feet and utilize his length on that end of the floor. But if he wants to play basketball, he's an elite shooter who could become a big-time scorer at a Division III (Wartburg) if he wanted to stay close to home, or become a really nice role player at a Division II program. He's a high IQ, efficient player who can knock down shots off the catch or the dribble. He plays with pace, doesn't get sped up, and does a good job getting his teammates involved. He's one of the most deadly shooters in the state, making everything look effortless on the offensive end of the floor with his smooth stroke, unlimited range, and the fact that he doesn't ever force up a shot. In addition to being a high-level basketball player, he's also a really smart kid, with a 3.98 GPA, which will make him even more intriguing for college programs. He does a great job changing speeds and using that change of pace to get by defenders, and he sees the floor extremely well and is a talented passer.
