Bruce was the spark that got Lutheran East going in their tough-fought battle against Walnut Ridge. He plays with a ton of energy and a competitive chip on his shoulder. He got to the rim often as well. He knows when to and not to attack the rim. He shows good leadership qualities you want your point guard to have. He is also sneaky long which makes him a good on-ball defender.

Bruce has been a standout on the Prep Hoops Circuit and continues to impact winning when he plays. Leading Next Level AAU to a 4-0 weekend at the Havoc In The Heartland, Bruce is also coming off a state championship with Lutheran East where he scored nine points in the state title game. I like Bruce’s perimeter shooting ability, leadership and toughness that he brings at the guard position. Another great target for small school programs.

Jr is a dog. He has that edge and swagger to him when he plays. He competes his tail off and plays with so much passion. He has this confidence and swag because he’s got the game to back it up. The kid is a true three-level scorer that does most of his damage around the rim. He’s got some great touch around when finishing with both hands. He uses his great handle on the ball and dribbling moves to create attacking angles. He controlled the game offensively for Next Level Basketball. He also showed great leadership by communicating with teammates and playing so hard.

Basketball. With a couple tough finishes at the rim early, Brush made his presence known. Finding his range from the outside, Bruce connected on a couple triples as the first half concluded to give his team some momentum heading into the break. In the second half Bruce was more of a distributor, looking for his teammates. Fellow guard
