Ward earned his spot in the rankings after a summer that highlighted his elite shooting and offensive versatility. From beyond the arc he’s automatic, catching and shooting with lightning speed that forces defenders to react instantly. His quick pump fakes allow him to get defenders in the air, creating space to drive inside and pull up for mid range jumpers with ease. That combination of shooting efficiency, quick decision making and the ability to score in multiple ways makes Ward a constant threat on the floor. His polished offensive game and confidence this summer solidified him in his class
