Holy Family is about culture and playing the right way, and they’re having another successful season where they have aspirations of winning it all. They’re balanced, and that’s what separates them. Grable is a 6’4 forward who has been part of this run for the past few years and wants to finish off his senior season with a bang. He’s gotten more minutes this season and made the most of them. He’s been a difference maker inside who dominates the post and controls the middle. He’s looking comfortable down there right now as a finisher and putting together some of his best games. He’s looking aggressive as a scorer as he’s putting up 8.1 points a game and cleaning the glass for second-chance opportunities. He boxes out, soars for the boards, sets hard screens, and moves. Grable has an excellent motor and has been the team’s X-factor.
Grable has good size as a 6’4 forward and a great motor to match. He’s the team’s man in the middle, and what we saw from him this summer was a player with full effort that keeps plays alive and secures the boards. He works in the short corner and pops to the high post, where he has a face-up game and mid-range jump shot. He constantly moves down low, sets screens, and seals guys for strong finishes. Players are not working as hard as Grable, and every showcase could use those types of players, but teams at the next level could as well. We like what we saw from him and expect to see more of that. We hope to get another look from him, and this is a great opportunity to become more of a name heading into Senior season.
Grable is the kind of player who makes an immediate impact the moment he steps on the floor. With his excellent size, length, and athleticism, he was a matchup problem all weekend. His wingspan allowed him to dominate the glass, rising up over defenders to secure rebounds with ease. Defensively, Grable was a disruptive force—altering shots, protecting the rim, and coming up with key blocks. On the offensive end, he showed great poise and physicality around the rim, carving out space and backing down defenders to finish strong. His presence on both ends made him a clear difference maker throughout the event
Grable brings a wide reach as one of the high motor forwards with this Titans Gold team. With active hands and feet, he does well to stick with opposing drivers while maintaining the contest. He remains a threat to space the floor, willing from distance. Certainly an intriguing glue guy along the wing, given his lanky frame and motor.
