Detroit Catholic Central has a handful of players who can hurt you on both ends of the court and Walker is arguably their top prospect. With offers to EMU, Detroit Mercy, Bowling Green and Oakland, regional mid major programs have already made Walker a priority. A money shooter from either corner, Walker knocked down shots off the catch off BLOB set plays or as just a spot-up option working off his teammates drive and kick game. A power athlete, Walker threw down an alley-oop that was thrown from near half-court . I wish I would’ve gotten to see a more competitive game for Detroit Catholic Central but I’ll never hold it against a team for winning by 40+ points going into the fourth quarter.

Walker needs to be ranked higher. We’ll start with that. He just received an offer from Oakland University, and deservedly so judging by his performance in the early season. Walker is a solid shooter and scorer, always has been. But all word is that he’s much improved as a passer.

Walker is a prospect to watch! He can comfortably play the game at multiple speeds. Walker can work has a space seeking shooter in the half court, as his jumper is nothing short of pretty. But he can also get down the floor in a hurry and fill a wing or outside 3rd in transition.

Walker is a talented basketball player with a bright future. He has a pretty looking jumper that really showed when he hit a catch and shoot wing triple. Walker also showed the willingness and ability to fill a wing and run the floor when he caught a feed and drew a foul.
