A couple of tough losses for Scott and his Albany Elite-NXTPRO squad but the junior swingman certainly shined. Playing on the wing, he was solid with his jumpshot to go along with some hard drives to the basket, and was extremely active on the glass. With his ability to run the floor, he would often grab the defensive rebound and immediately break down the court in transition for scores.

The versatile Scott was a huge piece of Oregon City’s success. A relentless rebounder on both ends of the floor, Scott has the capability to knock down shots from the perimeter. As this area of his game continues to expand, college opportunities should follow.

finished with 10 points and 8 rebounds, making his impact as an active slasher and rim runner. He created opportunities with smart cuts to the basket, set up teammates well, and showed strength as a solid post presence while contributing on the glass.

One of the top athletes at the event, his 6-foot-6 height, length, and ability to run the floor created headaches for opponents on both ends. Was a monster on the boards, especially on the offensive end as he often followed up his own missed shot with a bucket. Capably hit some corner threes and didn’t force the issue. (JT)

He was extremely active across the board, fighting on the glass, getting up and down the court in transition, and showing some ability to play both inside and out. Had a few moments with good footwork outside to create separation and stay on balance but was also a tough kid by the rim to work for extra shots and play among bodies.

One of the most productive players of the day – and arguably the best big man – was Scott. While the 6-foot-4 (and perhaps still growing) future freshman at West Linn got the majority of his buckets around the hoop, he’s more of a big in today’s game in that he’s capable of facing the basket and creating for himself off of the dribble. He likely led the camp in rebounding, ran the floor extremely well, and finished above the rim including perhaps the only two clean dunks on the day in transition. What’s scary is Scott’s game still has a lot of room to grow.
