The more we watch Hemphill the more we feel he’s one of the top shooters/scorers in the Class of 2029. Sweet shooting on Sunday from the Oregon City freshman, playing up at 17U with HC Elite, draining jumpers from the perimeter both off the catch and the dribble, tallying 22 points while hitting 5-6 from deep.

The top offensive threat we saw on the Cascade Kings 15U sqiad, the Oregon City freshman was a super-aggressive shot-creator and finisher at all three levels. His physicality enabled him to finish through defenders around the hoop and he was almost just as effective pulling up from long range to drain threes.
