About Aiden

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

High energy player, dominates on defense and always hustles for rebounds.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Always stays locked in the game, gives 100% effort on both offense and defense. Continues to show passion for the game and my drive pushes my teammates to compete at a high energy level every moment of the game.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am working out 5x a week on the court and strength train 2x a week. Every two weeks I attend Jr. 100 mentorship program with men that teaches youth like me about education, leadership and money management.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

My parents push education constantly and always say I am a student first before I am an athlete. Just trying to navigate. Middle School pressures and trying to a good student, so that I can be a better athlete.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for schools that not only compete at the High level but will academically prepare me for my future. So that I am successful in life on and off the court. I want to be apart of a program that will educate me so I have a back up plan after College/NBA.

Aiden was a reliable presence at guard for D1 Minnesota on Sunday morning. In a matchup against Gain Elite , he knocked down timely three-pointers that helped halt momentum during a key run and allowed his team to regain control and pull away for the win. Aiden showed the ability to handle the ball and create offense for both himself and his teammates, while also holding his own defensively.

Coppage has a smooth game and can get to his spots whenever he wants. As a bigger point guard, Coppage can pass and score over smaller defenders, creating matchup issues for opposing coaches. The lefty has good vision and is a willing passer, is active on the rebounding efforts, and is hard to speed up. He is very poised out there and plays at his own speed. Coppage is a talented scorer who can play off the catch or create his own shot.
