Latest 2019 Commitments:
- Bellevue’s Tommy Ratterman committed to Mount St. Joseph’s over the weekend.
- Frankfort’s Juanya Frank committed to Southwestern Illinois Community College.
- Frank’s teammate Jon Tillman is headed to Campbellsville-Harrodsburg.
Offers:
- Scott County’s Michael Moreno was offered by new Georgia State coach Rob Lanier.
- Newport’s Tahj Harding has been offered by Campbellsville and Southwestern Illinois Community College.
- Harding’s teammate Donnie Miller was also offered by SWIC.
- Male’s Junior duo of Howard Fleming and Tyren Moore were both offered by Columbia State Junior College in Tennessee.
- After Casey Alexander went from Lipscomb to Belmont, Jackson Sivills picked up an offer from the Bruins.
AAU Recap:
We didn’t get many submissions this week so it’s a little lighter than usual –
- Manimal Elite had a solid weekend in Indianapolis at the Adidas Gold Regional opening weekend.
- 15u Manimal Elite went 4-0. Big weekends out of Justin Becker and Turner Buttry again as they had 3 blowout wins and only one close game for the weekend.
- 16u Manimal limped to a 1-3 weekend. 2 of the 3 losses were narrow so there is reason for optimism heading into week 2 of the gauntlet in 2 weeks.
- 17u Manimal finished 3-1 for the event. They had a pair of 2 point wins and a forfeit win and a 7 point loss to EG10. Ohioans Jackson Ames and Paul McMillan led the team along with Henry Clay’s Marques Warrick.
- DSP Heat 15u went 3-1 in their first weekend on the Adidas Silver Gauntlet.
- Cky Magic – Morton went 4-2 at the HoopSeen Bama Jam Amirion Joyce and Lincoln Bush played well for the Magic.
- Cky Magic – Sparks finished the weekend at 2-2 in the Bama Jam.
