Trent in June really showed off his deep shooting range and craftiness at the Prep Hoops Next Middle School Camp. In the game Sunday I watched Trent his jump shot was falling as much as that last time I saw him coming up a tad bit short but every shot was right on the rim. Trent’s biggest areas of improvement will be strength and growing in his body which seem will make a huge impact on the floor for him because he is really a skilled guard with the ball in his hands.

Trent has range and a touch that you almost need to see to believe. So quick with the ball as well, Trent was looked to by teammates to be the playmaker.

Trent will need to grow physically and mature in strength.

Grayson is so quick with the ball in his hands and was making plays all over the floor. He is a great creator, and was getting around defenders, being able to find a shot for himself or kick out to a teammate for an even better look, as he is a great passer. Trent is an exceptional shooter and is very smooth.

He is a high-energy guard with a competitive edge, which was evident as he traded buckets with opponents and never backed down from a challenge. His tight handle allows him to create his own shot, whether it’s pulling up off the dribble or getting all the way to the rim. Grayson finishes well through contact and traffic, using his body control and the rim as protection against shot blockers. His toughness, shot-making ability, and confidence stood out throughout the evening.
