Only one other national website (ESPN) has posted non paywalled 2028 rankings with a top 25 list. The skilled wing has a smooth lefty jump shot and can move without the ball to give himself space for jumpers or shots at the rim. I'm most excited to see how Kelly works on his body and physically matures over the next few years, he's already proven his elite skill level on a national stage.

Another 2028 prospect who played up on the Adidas circuit, Lowery was an impact piece for Compton Magic's 16 U group this summer. Lowery played up despite being young for his grade and produced at a high level as a prolific shooter with a dynamic handle that he could change paces with on the ball. Lowery looks like one of the top scoring wing guards on the west coast and it's no surprise programs like Nc State and Stanford were early offers.

One of the most efficient players on the 15 U EYBL circuit, Berrouet has a nice mix of strong current production and upside down the road to reach. The young forward is physically advanced, plays above the rim, has a high motor on the glass and isn't afraid of contact. That combination of skills is how Berrouet had multiple 20+ point and 10+ rebound performances at peach jam with [program_tooltip program_id='2371255' first='AB' last='Elite']. Texas has been on a nice run of producing some of the top basketball players in the country and their 2028 class certainly doesn't lack marquee talent.

One of the top wing defenders on the 15 U EYBL circuit, Brunson flies around the court and has tremendous defensive stock (blocks + steals) production already. The lefty had a big weekend at Philly Live and has the potential to blossom into one of the top two-way wings nationally with continued offensive development. Rutgers offered Brunson after his Philly Live performances and I'd expect more high majors to get involved sooner rather than later.

One of the more dynamic guards in the 2028 class nationally, Edwards can play on the ball as a primary creator for the offense or space the floor as a knockdown shooter. With the quick twitch athleticism you'd look for from a top ranked national guard, Edwards has a lot of scoring talent in his arsenal. With schools like Cincinnati, Nc State, Memphis, Kansas State, Arizona State and more already offering Edwards, he seems like he'll be a highly pursued prospect from Texas' 2028 class.

A prospect I saw at the UAA finals playing up two grades, Willis showed his impressive defensive impact and physical tools, looking like one of the more athletic and well built prospects on the court despite the age difference. Georgia Tech, Missouri and USC are just some of the high major programs to offer Willis and it makes sense when you see how Willis stacks up physically to his peers in the 2028 class.
