Dayton was one of the most impressive athletes I saw all weekend in Indiana. The 6'5 wing can jump out of the gym, and showed that against Starks Elite as he came flying in for a put-back dunk in traffic. That athleticism translated to more finishes at the rim, either leaking out in transition or slashing to the basket in the half-court. Has no problem finishing over the top of taller players inside. He provided a rebounding presence on the defensive end for his team, and without a true big he showed he can fight to defend against post players, while still being able to move his feet out on the wing.

Brayden was a big reason why [program_tooltip program_id='2502936' first='UTC' last='Fire'] made a deep run to the 16u semi-finals over the weekend. Defensively he excelled as a shot blocker, seeming to come out of nowhere to swat a handful of shots across the two games I watched. Always seemed to be in the right place at the right time defensively. On the offensive end he was at his best cutting hard off the ball, and was able to consistently find pockets of space to catch and finish around the basket. Had a little teardrop floater that he would utilize to finish over the top of size at a high level.

Though he can play the 1-3 spots at the 15u level, I've put Gavin in with the wings here as he typically starts at the 3 for Minnesota Fury. He's been one of the most consistent two-way players I've seen all spring/summer, showcasing great instincts to jump passing lanes for steals, and impressing as a shot blocker at 6'1-6'2. Every time I see him play he seems to have at least one highlight reel chase-down block, showcasing the explosiveness and effort he brings to the floor. Offensively he hit a handful of catch-and-shoot threes against [program_tooltip program_id='2440507' first='Davis' last='Brothers Elite'] 14u, and chipped in with a couple of transition finishes.

Jamar is a physically imposing wing for IE Team Indiana. He played a key role on both ends of the floor helping lead them to the 17u title game. At 6'5 he has an impressive blend of length, strength, and explosive athleticism that allowed him to guard nearly every spot on the floor in the game I watched. Spent some time handling the ball for his team, and some time as an isolation scoring threat out on the wing. He proved to be difficult to matchup with as he has the handle to break guys down off the dribble, or can bully his way to the rim against similar sized players.

Logan is one of the best pure shooters in Wisconsin, and there isn't a shot he doesn't like. In a matchup against a Team Rampage that played a high pressure style of defense, Logan was consistently finding ways to get quality looks. He could pump-fake into a one/two dribble pull-up from mid-range, or curl off a screen for a catch-and-shoot three. If you let Logan catch with time to get his feet set, he's likely going to put points on the board.

Ezra helped lead his team past Pro One TN on Saturday morning, showcasing his versatility on the floor. He mixed in some pull-up jumpers from mid-range with a few physical buckets in the paint. Ezra did a nice job of moving his feet to defend smaller players, and swatted a pair of shots around the basket when his man looked to drive past him. Always a strong rebounding presence, with Minnesota Heat missing a couple of key players Ezra stepped up as a scorer as well.

One of the most aggressive slashers from the weekend was [player_tooltip player_id='2869159' first='Blake' last='Hammond']. The 6'4 wing is an explosive finisher who also has the strength to play through contact on his way to the rim. He has an impressive build as a junior-to-be, and once he had an edge to the rim, he was going to pin his man on the shoulder before exploding to finish. Mixed in a couple of jumpers as well against [program_tooltip program_id='2440507' first='Davis' last='Brothers Elite'], but was at his best finding ways to get to the basket.
