A scoring point guard has quicker feet to pester the opposing ball handlers and cuts off the ball for baskets. He is fast on the break to score in transition and is nearly automatic on the free throw line. A catch three point shooter who can drive the lane and handle some contact despite his size. He actually hit a huge three down the stretch.

[player_tooltip player_id='2457855' first='Lucas' last='Alvarado'] Pinnacle ([program_tooltip program_id='2076648' first='Peak' last='Basketball'] 15)

A bigger combo guard can drive and kick and plays like a lead guard. He scores with catch threes and mid-range jumpers. He can get downhill with his size and rebounds well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2548083' first='Austin' last='Starr'] Pinnacle ([program_tooltip program_id='2076648' first='Peak' last='Basketball'] 15)

A lefty scoring lead guard shoots it easily from the three point line. He is long in the passing lanes and will collect steals and race down for the layup. He will flash to the basket and has a soft touch on his threes.

[player_tooltip player_id='2533645' first='Wyatt' last='Fulton'] Rancho Solano Prep ([program_tooltip program_id='2867224' first='Phoenix' last='United'] EYCL 15) (Pictured)

A defensive minded combo guard who can play on or off the ball. He digs in on defense with some toughness and grit to make it difficult to score on him and collect steals. He cuts when he should and likes to touch the paint plus will hit the catch three with a quick trigger.

[player_tooltip player_id='1546987' first='Adan' last='Diggs'] Williams Field (All In Elite UAA 17)

A bigger combo guard is a three level scorer and good passer. He shows great timing on his passes and throws the lob perfectly. He will score with post up fall aways, catch threes or side step threes with high elevation, mid-range pull-ups and dunks on the break. He rebounds well for a guard and defends multiple positions. He had a big game in the 17U division with 18 pts 8 asts and 7 rebounds.

[player_tooltip player_id='2689907' first='Matthew' last='McGadney'] Arcadia ([program_tooltip program_id='2867224' first='Phoenix' last='United'] EYCL 15)

A tough combo guard who can get downhill and score thru the contact. He is a good decision maker to make a play. He has a nice handle to cross his man to create some necessary separation from his defender and rise up. He often seems to be in attack mode and forces the defense to foul him plus he can hit the three off the catch. He also rebounds well for a guard.

[player_tooltip player_id='2641713' first='Jayden' last='Davis'] Sandra Day O'Connor ([program_tooltip program_id='2867224' first='Phoenix' last='United'] EYCL 15)

A defensive combo guard is quick and athletic. He is aggressive on defense to rebound and has good lateral quickness. Once he collects a steal it will usually lead to a score on the other end with some contact or get fouled. He has a quick first step to get downhill and can use the floater game plus will flash to the basket for a layup. His drive and quick stuff is always on the mark. He actually made two clutch FT's to win a tight one.

[player_tooltip player_id='2807514' first='Zeric' last='Merkson'] Perry ([program_tooltip program_id='2867224' first='Phoenix' last='United'] EYCL 15)

A combo guard can play on or off the ball and a little on the wing. The incoming freshman can play some iso ball to score with mid-range pull-ups, catch threes and dribble drives, but will also play off of the pick and roll game and find a teammate.

A cerebral point guard with some skill and athleticism. He really knows how to change speeds and keeps the defense off balanced with his handle. He plays smartly off of the pick and roll game. The southpaw has a clean looking shooting stroke from the three point line. He can also stop on a dime and shoot it from mid-range.

[player_tooltip player_id='2825980' first='Brexton' last='Quinet'] Notre Dame Prep ([program_tooltip program_id='2075793' first='Arizona' last='Select'] 15 UAA)

The younger Quinet is a talented player in his own right. He is an incoming freshman who, like Bryce, really knows the game. He changes speeds and will hesitate and get past his defenders. He is a real floor general playing off of the pick and roll game. The lefty will let it fly from deep with some range plus get downhill and score with runners, tear drops or floaters.

[player_tooltip player_id='2766915' first='Hudson' last='Novak'] Notre Dame Prep ([program_tooltip program_id='2075793' first='Arizona' last='Select'] 15 UAA)

A good sized scoring guard with a pure shooting stroke from the three point line. The lefty has a clean stroke with a fast trigger and range on his shooting. He can go on his own runs with huge confidence and rarely do you see him take a bad shot.

[player_tooltip player_id='1873639' first='Grant' last='Mattingly'] Central ([program_tooltip program_id='2075793' first='Arizona' last='Select'] 16 UAA)

A scoring point guard has incredible pace to his game and keeps changing speeds to keep the defenders off balanced. He will pull-up off the dribble or shoot it off the catch from mid to the three. He always plays off of two-feet and finds a teammate or scores it. He gets to his spots keeping his dribble alive and can make difficult shots in traffic or fall away. He has perfect timing on his passes.

[player_tooltip player_id='2506438' first='Isaac' last='Teasley'] Sahuaro (Tucson Spartans 16 UAA Rise)

A pure point guard plays perfectly off of the pick and roll game. He is undersized but very quick and fast with the ball in his hands. He uses floaters, runners and he can hit the three. He likes the corners and brings a good pace to the court with his handle and IQ.

[player_tooltip player_id='2506450' first='Joshua' last='Salter'] Sahuaro (Tucson Spartans 16 UAA Rise)

A very quick guard who plays on or off the ball. He has quick feet and hands to defend on the ball. He will score getting downhill to the basket, get out on the break and the lefty will hit the three off the catch. He is a good passer that can time it right and plays the right way.
